GREAT NEWS: Hampshire Sheen Becomes a Company!

Six months ago, I never would have imagined that before the end of the summer I would have created a wood finish that people all over the world would want to buy. But that is exactly what has happened! And now, Hampshire Sheen is a legal company all by itself. Gulp.

I believe it is important now to keep the two things apart as it seems to have become a company by itself – I just did the paperwork. It feels like it was the right thing to do, and at the right time.

Over the last few days of last week, I registered the name at Companies House, built a website (Click here to visit the new Hampshire Sheen website) and filmed a promo video which I am trialling with YouTube advertising together with a more widespread campaign. Here’s the video (if you have any feeback about it, please leave a comment!):[membership level=”0″]

As well as the YouTube campaign, the company is also sponsoring my own YouTube channel as well as having one of it’s own where I can post videos on how to use it without them distracting from the purpose of my own channel.

I’ve got plans to further product range of Hampshire Sheen including a food safe version as well as a coloured collection and a variation with metal dust blended with it. These variations are very much in their infancy at the moment and product trials will commence soon, hopefully. Christmas is coming and I need to turn some stuff! Lol.

Also, I’m working on getting the product into turning shops in the UK and Ireland so the pricing needs to be examined and amended if necessary…and the shipping costs too. I’m looking into international  tracked deliveries, but this virtually doubles the shipping cost, so I’ll be researching that with existing overseas customers before committing to that.

So, there’s lots going on at the moment! All good though, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Before you go, check out the new website at www.hampshiresheen.com.
