When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Orders of products held in stock will be dispatched normally on a Tuesday or Thursday, but more than likely will be shipped the next working day from the date of order. Items in the Gifts and Apparel section are usually shipped within 2-3 working days.
How Will My Order be Dispatched and What Will it Cost?
All UK orders are dispatched using FedEx. Gifts and Apparel are dispatched straight from the manufacturer. Important: Hampshire Sheen and Intrinsic Colours products are not able to be shipped from the UK. Orders from overseas will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the order.
Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK: All deliveries are charged at £7.00 with FREE shipping on orders over £50.00.
2-3 Day Delivery to Northern Ireland: £16.50
2-3 Day Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands: £23.70
2-3 Day Delivery to Isle of Man: £23.70
2-3 Day Delivery to Isle of Wight: £16.50
2-3 Day Delivery to Channel Islands: £23.70
Gifts and Apparel: Anywhere in the UK: £5.00 Royal Mail recorded delivery. Worldwide: £12.00 standard mail service.
Can I Track My Order?
When your order is packed for shipping, FedEx will contact you with a notification of your order’s tracking number. A tracking number for gift and apparel orders is available upon request.
What if My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
It is highly unlikely that your order will not arrive. If your order does not arrive on the notified date given to you (and us) by FedEx, we can chase it for you, or you can check online at fedex.com/gb.
We cannot issue dift and apparel replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for international order. This is because we cannot claim from royal mail until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order, at your expense for a full refund of the returned items. The returned items must be unopened, unused and in a state fit for resale for a return to be accepted. We cannot accept any returns for gifts and apparel for any reason, unless a product is faulty, because they are made for you to order. The returns address is: M. If you have a faulty item, let us know by email with a photo and a description of the fault, and in the first instance, we’ll gladly organise a replacement for you.
