Half Day Workshops/Lessons start at either 9:30am or 1pm, will last for approximately 3 hours and will include tea/coffee refreshment at our coffee shop. Full Day workshops/lessons start at 9:30, will end at approximately 4:30pm and include lunch, tea and coffee at our coffee shop. An email will be sent prior to the workshop/lesson detailing some important personal health and safety considerations such as clothing, hair, rings, shoes etc. It may also include other important information.

Delivery Policy:
Items that are pre-made will be despatched by the paid for service within 5 days of ordering. Items that are made to order will usually be made and despatched within 10-15 days, depending on number of orders that need making and the complexity of the item ordered. Depending on holidays, workloads and extraneous circumstances, delivery/dispatch times may be extended. If you are concerned, please contact me for an update.
